{"id":1711,"date":"2021-10-25T18:45:49","date_gmt":"2021-10-25T18:45:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/commlabs.simmons.edu\/?p=1711"},"modified":"2021-10-25T18:45:49","modified_gmt":"2021-10-25T18:45:49","slug":"how-to-print-from-indesign","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/commlabs.simmons.edu\/index.php\/2021\/10\/25\/how-to-print-from-indesign\/","title":{"rendered":"How to Print From InDesign"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>InDesign gives you many options to control how your document prints, so you will need to pay attention to settings such as printer selection, paper size and feed, color profile, and page selection to make sure you get the results you want.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Print Dialog<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Open the print dialog box by going to <strong>File > Print.<\/strong> This is the main dialog for printing in InDesign and contains the following options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Printer: <\/strong>Determines what printer the document will go to.<\/li><li><strong>Page Range:<\/strong> Selects which pages will be printed.
